E3 Opinions

E3 is a yearly event where gamers all around the world come together at L.A. to check out the games of the future, the games of today and sexy girls. I have never had the honour of going to an E3 but (if you’re in the same boat as me) when I can’t go I tend to watch the thousands of YouTube live streams of all the events. Sometime soon I will be making an article with as much info on E3 as possible (links to livestreams, videos ect.) but for now I leave you with my opinions on E3.

E3 is a magnificently expensive time for all gamers to enjoy life. Seeing the big guys (Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo) releasing their new stuff. Then having the smaller guys (Game dev’s) showing off demo’s for their new stuff. Then you have fun activities, games to play and lots of gamers to talk with. Its gamer heaven in simple words. E3 is the biggest games convention to date and I think helped boost the gaming community. In Australia we now have the EB Expo which is a much smaller version of E3, but with saying that it is still just as awesome and when it comes to Melbourne I will be punching every little kid and grown man to get myself a 3 day pass.

All in all I reckon game conventions like EB Expo (I will be giving my opinions and stuff on that when it comes near too) and E3 (The important E3 links article will be up by tomorrow at latest) are important to help the gaming community grow into something more than just a bunch of 30 year olds living in their mothers basements. That’s all for now, cya!
